  • Cooked rice1 cup
  • Milk1 cup
  • Egg2 unit(s)
  • Olive oil3 tablespoon
  • Corn starch1.5 tablespoon
  • Yeast1/2 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Filling* to taste
  1. * I used, all chopped into cubes: 1/2 carrot / 1 tomato without the seeds / 1 glass of hearts of palm / 1 onion. I also put 1 can of corn without the water and seasoned with salt, pepperoni and smoked paprika. Regardless of the filling you choose, mix all the ingredients and set aside.
  2. Mix all the ingredients of the dough, except for the yeast, in the blender until it becomes a homogeneous mass. Add the yeast and beat in the pulse until incorporated.
  3. Mix the dough into the filling and mix well. Transfer to a greased roast with oil and flour (I used rice) and bake the dough at 200° for 40 minutes.
  4. It's ready, enjoy.
