- Mozzarella600 g
- Ham600 g
- Tomato1 kg
- Milk600 ml
- Oil300 ml
- Eggs12 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Chemical yeast45 g
- Cut the tomatoes into slices. In a blender, break the eggs, add the oil, three whole tomatoes, a little basil leaves, oregano and salt
- Add the wheat flour and start beating, beat adding the milk little by little, the dough needs to be very creamy.
- Grease the rectangular shape with oil and then coat with wheat flour.
- In the pan, place half the pasta and all the ham and cheese, on top of the cheese place the tomato and basil slices and the rest of the pasta.
- Bake in the oven heated to 170° until the dough is golden.
- This recipe yields 28 pieces
