Separe as gemas das claras, bata as claras em neve. 

Separate the yolks from the whites, beat the egg whites.

Agora junte os demais ingredientes da massa e bata por alguns minutos. (Utilize batedeira se preferir).

Now add the rest of the dough ingredients and beat for a few minutes. (Use a mixer if you prefer).

Incorpore com o auxílio de uma espátula as claras em neve a massa.

Using a spatula, fold in the snow whites into the dough.

Unte uma assadeira de sua preferência e leve a massa para assar em forno alto e pré-aquecido até que doure. (30 minutos aproximadamente).

Grease a roast of your choice and take the dough to bake in a high and preheated oven until golden. (approximately 30 minutes).

Para a cobertura você deve começar por juntar todos os ingredientes (chocolate em pó, açúcar cristal, manteiga e o café coado) em uma panela e acender em fogo baixo. Agora você deve misturar até que forme uma calda lisa e brilhante.
