  • Dough: wheat flour3 cup
  • Chilled butter, cubed200 g

  • Stuffing: Desalted, cooked and shredded Codfish500 g
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Small chopped onion1 unit(s)
  • Squeezed garlic cloves2 unit(s)
  • Chopped green parsley to taste
  • Black olive50 g
  • Sour cream400 g
  • cream cheese200 g
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese100 g
  • Black pepper to taste
  1. Dough: In a bowl, place the wheat flour, butter, salt, mix (squeezing with your fingertips) add the egg and mix again by squeezing with your fingertips
  2. Cover the dough and place in the fridge to rest for 20 minutes.
  3. Open the dough at the bottom and sides in a removable way, make holes with the help of a fork and take it to pre-bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes
  4. Stuffing: In a pan over medium heat, place the olive oil, onion, garlic and sauté
  5. Add the chopped green smell, olive, codfish, mix well and turn off the heat.
  6. Add the cream, the cream cheese, the black pepper and mix
  7. Place the stuffing in the base of the pie, sprinkle grated parmesan cheese, a drizzle of olive oil and olive oil to decorate to taste.
  8. Take it to the preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes until golden
