  • Sugar 1 and a half cup1 cup
  • Margarine or butter4 tablespoon
  • Wheat Flour3 cup
  • Milk 1 and a half cup1 cup
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Coconut milk200 ml
  • Shredded Coconut1 to taste
  1. In a bowl add the eggs, sugar and margarine or butter. Beat well until it turns into a cream.
  2. Add the wheat flour alternating with the milk and mix well.
  3. Add the baking powder and stir lightly.
  4. Place the dough in a rectangular baking dish and bake in the oven until you can insert a toothpick and it comes out clean.
  5. Pierce the entire cake with a fork so that the syrup wets the cake well.
  6. Make a syrup with condensed milk and coconut milk and water all over the cake.
  7. Sprinkle grated coconut and take it to freeze.
