- In the mixer add the egg, butter, sugar and beat for 10 minutes until the egg smells.
- After adding the coconut dough and wheat flour and beat for another 5 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- Unite a shape with margarine and wheat flour and put the mixture taking it to the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes
- Roof: In a pan add the condensed milk and the cream, taking it to the fire with the grated coconut until it gets very thick like a white brigadeiro, let it cool and cover the cake.
