Wheat flour1/2 kg
Milk3 cup
Butter250 g
Sugar2 cup
Coconut flavored cake batter1 unit(s)
grated coconut1 unit(s)
Condensed milk1 can(s)
Sour cream1 can(s)

In the mixer add the egg, butter, sugar and beat for 10 minutes until the egg smells.
After adding the coconut dough and wheat flour and beat for another 5 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Unite a shape with margarine and wheat flour and put the mixture taking it to the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes
Roof: In a pan add the condensed milk and the cream, taking it to the fire with the grated coconut until it gets very thick like a white brigadeiro, let it cool and cover the cake.
