  • Sugar1/2 cup
  • Nescau1 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Baking soda1 teaspoon
  • Oil1 cup
  • Boiling water2 cup
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Milk Girl 395 g1 can(s)
  • Nescau4 tablespoon
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Chocolate sprinkles3 tablespoon
  1. In a container, add the wheat flour, sugar, NESCAU, baking powder and bicarbonate, mix well.
  2. Add the oil, eggs and boiling water and mix well.
  3. Pour the dough into a round ballerine shape (22 cm in diameter), greased with butter and sprinkled with wheat flour. Bake in a preheated medium-high oven (200°C) for about 25 minutes.
  4. In a pan, place the MOÇA Milk with the NESCAU and the butter.
  5. Mix well and cook on low heat, stirring constantly, for about 6 minutes until it reaches the point of a spoonful of brigadeiro.
  6. Pour the brigadeiro on top of the cake, decorate with chocolate.
