  • Do you like 70% cocoa chocolate300 g
  • Eggs6 unit(s)
  • Xylitol or Demerara1/2 cup
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C
  2. Place the eggs in the mixer and beat until tripled in size, beat a lot, it will form a very voluminous cream (+or- 6 minutes).
  3. With the mixer on, gradually add the demerara or xylitol.
  4. Melt chocolate in double boiler.
  5. Grease a mold with butter and cocoa or flour.
  6. Add the beaten eggs to the melted chocolate little by little, stirring gently so as not to take the air out of the eggs.
  7. Place in the oven for 25 minutes.
  8. Let it cool and put it in the fridge.
  9. Decorate to taste.
