  • Parmesan Cheese50 g
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Gems2 unit(s)
  • Whole Egg1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooked and Shredded Chicken Breast200 g
  • Small Onion Diced1 unit(s)
  • Diced Tomatoes1 unit(s)
  • Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
  • Green Smell3 tablespoon
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Sour Cream1/2 cup
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
  • Grated Mozzarella Cheese50 g
  • Green Smell1 tablespoon
  1. In a container, mix the wheat flour, parmesan, eggs, salt, butter and mix well until the dough forms; Put it in the fridge for 30 minutes. Put it in a shape and press well spreading the dough.
  2. In a pan, sauté the garlic and onion in olive oil; Add the shredded chicken and brown well; Season with chopped tomato, salt and chopped green smell. Put the filling in the form along with the dough. In a container, mix the cream, egg, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese and mix well. Add the mixture on top of the stuffing and take it all to the oven at 180ºC for approximately 30 minutes.
