  • Milk a glass and a half1 cup
  • Oil1/2 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Chicken breast1 kg
  • Catupiry250 g
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  1. Cook the chicken breast and shred and season to taste. Put the eggs, milk, oil in the blender and beat these ingredients well. After that add the flour, salt and yeast, beat quickly. Just to mix it up. In a square shape and greased with butter and wheat flour put half of the dough, and put the stuffing the shredded chicken and seasoned to taste. Put catupiry on top and the rest of the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. Stick with a toothpick and if the dough comes out dry, it's ready.
