Preparo do frango
Levar ao fogo em uma panela de pressão o peito de frango com um caldo de galinha, sal, colorau e orégano.
Pegou pressão contar 20 minutos.
Retire a pressão escora o caldo e desfie o frango

Bata no liquidificador
Os ovos, o leite o óleo     o queijo ralado e a farinha de trigo bater bem, depois acrescente o fermento e bata só para misturar.
Levar ao forno em uma forma untada com margarina  e farinha de trigo
