- In a large bowl, place the flour, salt and butter. (Mix with your fingertips) Until the butter disappears completely in the middle of the dough. Then add the yolks and mix gently. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and take it to the fridge for 10 minutes (this time in the fridge is mandatory, the dough needs to rest).
- Divide the dough into 2 parts (the larger one to cover the bottom and sides of the platter, and the smaller one to make the lid. Open the dough on the platter, (no need to grease) press it well, so that the dough can stick well to the platter, put the shredded chicken and the cottage cheese, cover with the other half of the half, brush the yolk and bake for 30 minutes . Or until the dough is golden brown.
