- For the dough in a bowl mix the flour, salt, cream, yeast and butter. When it gets a texture of farofa, put it in the shape.
- For the stuffing, place the chicken, oregano, parsley, pepper, salt, onion and tomato sauce in a pan over low heat. Place the stuffing under the dough.
- Place a few drops of curd under the filling and decorate the pie. Pass the yolk on the part of the dough that is on top of the form. Bake for 35 minutes.
