  • Wheat flour400 g
  • Cold Butter250 g
  • Whole egg1 unit(s)
  • Beaten yolk for the dough1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Seasoning to taste
  • Chicken breast1 kg
  • Garlic Cloves4 unit(s)
  • Tomato sauce1 can(s)
  • Sour cream200 ml
  1. First start by cooking the chicken breast with a little salt and seasonings to taste. Once cooked, shred and set aside.
  2. Once shredded, brown the garlic and add the shredded chicken with seasonings to taste, tomato sauce and bring to a boil.
  3. Add the cream to the chicken, so that it is well wet and let it thicken.
  4. Pasta: Add the wheat and butter in a bowl, until crumbly.
  5. Add a little salt to taste.
  6. 1 egg.
  7. Knead until the dough is very smooth.
  8. Let your dough rest for 30 minutes.
  9. Use half of the dough to line the platter and the other half to cover the filling.
  10. Brush the pie with 1 egg yolk and take it to the medium oven (180°C), preheated for 40 minutes.
