- Unleavened Wheat Flour500 g
- Cold margarine250 g
- Egg Yolk1 unit(s)
- Olive oil1/2 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Shredded chicken breast400 g
- Parsley to taste
- Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Pitted Olives to taste
- Corn1 can(s)
- Tomato sauce2 tablespoon
- Oil2 dessert spoon
- For the filling: add the oil, chopped garlic, shredded chicken breast, corn, parsley, olives and a little water, let it cook, add the tomato sauce and salt, after thickening, remove from the heat.
- For the dough: put the wheat flour and add the margarine gradually until you get the dough point, mix with your hands.
- In a roast, place half the dough and spread with your hands until it covers the entire bottom and sides, add the stuffing and cover with the rest of the dough.
- Mix the yolk with 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil to brush the pie.
- Bake at 180° for approximately 40 min or until golden and baked.
