Cook the chicken breast and then shred
Cook the cauliflower and set aside
In a pan, sauté the chopped onions and add the already shredded chicken breast, then the sauce, add salt if necessary and let the taste improve.
Blend the cooked cauliflower, corn, curd, cream and curd in a blender.
Pour the beaten liquid into the pan that is the chicken and take it to the fire until it thickens. Then put it in a refractory and add the mozzarella on top and take it to the oven until it blushes.
