  • Chicken1 kg
  • Mozzarella200 g
  • Straw Patamar25 g
  • Water1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  1. Beat the corn, the cream cheese, the milk cream in the blender, along with the water.
  2. Then refogue the chicken and shred then add the sauce from the blender, along with the salt until you get a consistent texture.
  3. Then place the braised chicken together with the sauce in a roasting pan, cover with mozzarella and spread, throw the potato straw on top.
  4. Bake until bubbly, then serve.
