- Mozzarella200 g
- Straw Potato100 g
- Water1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Blend the cream cheese, cream and water in a blender. Sauté the chicken with the cream that hit the blender. Add the salt until it becomes a thick texture. Place in a glass container or baking dish. Cover with mozzarella. Bake in the oven until bubbly. Spread the potato straw and serve.
