- In a pan add the oil and onion and sauté then add the shredded chicken, tomato sauce and corn.
- In a pressure cooker, place the peeled potatoes and water. Once cooked, place in a bowl and knead well.
- In another pan add the oil and onion and sauté. Then add the potato and milk and mix well until it turns into a puree. Season as you like.
- In a glass container, add a layer of puree, another layer of chicken (put the curd on top of the chicken) and put another layer of puree. Finally, add the sliced mozzarella on top. Place in the oven and leave until the mozzarella melts.
