- Wheat flour500 g
- Cold butter200 g
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Egg Yolk1 unit(s)
- Salt1 to taste
- Milk100 ml
- Shredded chicken500 g
- Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Chicken bouillon cubes1 unit(s)
- Minced Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Coriander1 tablespoon
- Corn and Peas1 unit(s)
- Oil3 tablespoon
- Water (for the filling)100 ml
- Preparation (stuffing) In a pan add the oil, onion and garlic clove and let it sauté until golden. Then add the shredded chicken, tomato, cilantro and chicken clado cube and saute, mixing well, add water. Let it cook for 10 minutes and set aside.
- Preparation method (dough) In a bowl add the wheat flour and butter, until the dough turns into crumbs. Add the rest of the ingredients until you have a smooth dough. Let the dough rest for 20 minutes, wrapped in cling film. Divide the dough in two, use half to line the pan and the other to cover after adding the stuffing. Finally brush with the yolk and with the oven preheated to 180°c let it bake for 45 minutes, then serve đâ€ïž
