Heat the oil in a pan and add the onion to brown. Then add the garlic and sauté for another 2 minutes. Also add the chopped tomato into small cubes with skin and seeds. Cook for 5 minutes.
Now add the shredded chicken, paprika, corn, finely grated carrots, chopped olives and parsley. Mix.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Reserve.
Put the liquids in the blender first. Then add the eggs, milk, and oil. beat for 1 minute. Then add the starch, salt, half the grated cheese and beat for another 30 seconds. Carefully open the lid of the blender while it is still running and add the wheat flour little by little. Finally, the baking powder. (if you are unsure whether to open the lid of the blender while it is running, place the liquids in a bowl and add the flour and mix with a spatula. Then the yeast and stir well.
Place half of the dough on a greased baking sheet, spreading all over the bottom. Place the filling over the dough. Then cover the filling with the rest of the dough and spread with the help of a spatula. Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
