  • Milk240 ml
  • Olive oil50 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
  • Freshly grated Meia Cura cheese or other cheese of your choice100 g
  • Polvilho Azedo (120 ml cup)1 cup
  • Polvilho Doce (120 ml cup)1 cup
  • Olive oil to grease the mold1 tablespoon
  • Half-cured cheese for Sprinkling on top50 g
  1. Place the eggs, milk, olive oil, salt, and the Parmesan cheese in a bowl and stir with a whisk.
  2. Grate the half-cured cheese, add it to the other ingredients and mix.
  3. Gradually add the sprinkles and mix well with the fuê, until you get a homogeneous mass, (you can do this whole process in the blender too if you prefer)
  4. Take a shape with a hole in the middle of 18 cm in diameter and grease it with olive oil, pour the dough, sprinkled with half-cured cheese, bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 40 min. Now just serve warm! Hmmmm
