  • Wheat Flour760 g
  • Sugar600 g
  • Margarine400 g
  • Organic Yeast20 g
  • Water440 ml
  • Eggs8 unit(s)
  • Parmesan cheese150 g
  • Guava600 g
  • Milk powder100 g
  1. First, grease the mold and set it aside. Then, beat the margarine and sugar for 10 minutes with a globe whisk. Add the eggs one by one and beat for 5 minutes.
  2. Then, alternate the flour with the milk. Beat as little as possible. Add the yeast and grated cheese and mix.
  3. Finally, bake in a medium oven (180°) preheated for approximately 30 minutes or do the knife test, sticking the knife in the center of the cake if it comes out clean, it's ready.
  4. Preparation of the guava topping: In the pan, add the chopped guava. Take it to low heat until it melts and mixes (it's okay if it boils). Finally, set aside and throw on top of the finished cake.
