- Place the sweet, sour and salt in a large bowl, set aside. Boil the milk and oil together and pour over the sprinkle to "scald", stir well. After cooling, add the eggs and cheese. At first the dough is sticky, but after being well kneaded it comes off the bowl and becomes smooth. Make balls and place them in the oven with the temperature around 200° for 30 minutes. Makes 60 to 80 medium balls. Perfect for lunch with a hot coffee!!!
