  • Cauliflower1 unit(s)
  • Wheat flour1 cup
  • Milk500 ml
  • Garlic and Onion1 unit(s)
  • Salt, Oregano to taste
  • grated mozzarella300 g
  1. Cook the cauliflower
  2. In a pan add garlic, onion, butter, oregano and salt to taste.
  3. After golden the seasonings add the wheat flour little by little add the milk little by little always mixing well to avoid lumps
  4. After the cauliflower cooks, add it to a pyrex with the white sauce and toss the mozzarella on top
  5. Bake in the oven until you realize it's au gratin.
