- Cassava1200 g
- Ground beef of your choice500 g
- Minced Garlic4 unit(s)
- Seasonings to taste (salt, sweet and spicy paprika, paprika, 1/2 knoor stock cube) to taste
- Butter or Margarine1 tablespoon
- Milk2 cup
- Mozzarella200 g
- In a pressure cooker, place the cassava, salt and water until covered and cook under pressure for 15 minutes or until the cassava is very soft.
- Drain the water and knead well all the cassava, in the same pan, melt the butter and add 2 cloves of minced garlic and let it brown.
- Add the mashed cassava, a pinch of paprika and the milk.
- Stir until it forms a puree.
- In a pan put a thread of oil, sauté the other 2 cloves of minced garlic and let it brown. Add paprika, sweet paprika and knoor broth
- Add the minced meat, correct the salt and let it cook until all the water has dried and it is very dry.
- In a refractory, place a layer of the puree, ground meat, another layer of the puree and finish with the mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 180° for 30 minutes or until all the cheese has melted, to form a crispy crust, turn on the grill function of the oven for the last 5 minutes
