  • Carrot150 g
  • Wheat Flour250 g
  • Sugar180 g
  • 'Oil100 ml
  • Egg2 unit(s)
  • Chemical Yeast1 teaspoon
  • refined sugar100 g
  • Chocolate 50% cocoa2 tablespoon
  • Unsalted butter1 teaspoon
  • Milk50 ml
  1. In a blender, beat the carrot, egg, sugar and oil until smooth.
  2. Combine with wheat flour and yeast. Transfer to a greased form and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
  3. Add all the ingredients for the syrup and bring to a boil until thickened.
  4. Develop the cake and serve with the syrup.
