- Beat the carrot, banana, egg, oil and sugar in a blender
- Then gradually add the other ingredients until the dough is very thick.
- NOTE: If there is the possibility of using a mixer, it is a good one. The dough is very consistent, so I saw the need to put the coconut milk. It's too heavy to hit the blender.
- Grease a baking sheet with margarine and wheat flour and place the dough in a preheated oven at 180° for 30 minutes.
