  • Eggs | 3 unit(s)
  • Sugar | 2 cup
  • Milk | 1 cup
  • Wheat flour | 2 cup
  • Yeast | 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar for topping | 1 cup
  • Bananas | 6 unit(s)

Recipe

  1. Pour the sugar into a rectangular shape and heat until completely melted. Soon after, slice the bananas and arrange over the caramelized sugar.
  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the margarine and sugar. Add the flour, milk, and yeast.
  3. Pour the dough into the caramelized form with the sliced bananas. Bake in a preheated oven (180°C) for 30 minutes.
