- flour190 g
- Nescau2.1/2 cup
- beat the eggs with the sugar until pale cream
- add the butter and beat again
- now add the wheat flour (if your mixer is not a planetary mixer you have to mix it by hand, because the dough is very heavy
- finally we will add the Nescau and mix until it is homogeneous
- let's put this dough in a greased and floured shape and on top put peanut butter of your preference.
- Bake at 180° for approximately 40 minutes (the point is when you insert a toothpick and a little brownie comes out).
