- Recipe
- Corn500 g
- Sugar1 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Salt (pinch)1 coffee spoon
- Margarine or butter90 g
- Grated Minas cheese or mozzarella150 g
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Place in a greased form. I put pamonha straw in the bottom to decorate.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
- Tip: You can make it in the salt version too, instead of sugar, add salt to taste. You can add green onions and sausage.
