  • Corn | 500 g
  • Sugar | 1 cup
  • Milk | 1 cup
  • Salt (pinch) | 1 coffee spoon
  • Margarine or butter | 90 g
  • Grated Minas cheese or mozzarella | 150 g


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Place in a greased form. I put pamonha straw in the bottom to decorate.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
  4. Tip: You can make it in the salt version too, instead of sugar, add salt to taste. You can add green onions and sausage.
