  • Eggs | 2 unit(s)
  • Milk | 250 ml
  • Oil | 3/4 cup
  • Flour - 1 cup | 1/2 cup
  • Salt - pinch | 1 to taste
  • grated cheese | 1 to taste
  • Yeast | 1 tablespoon


  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and homogeneous. Add the yeast and beat again.
  2. Then put half the dough in the round or rectangular shape (according to preference) already greased and put the stuffing preferably.
  3. Suggestion - Chicken Stuffing A cooked and shredded chicken breast, sauté it with onion, garlic, corn, a little paprika and parsley to taste. You can also use cream cheese.
  4. After putting the stuffing cover with the rest of the dough and sprinkle grated cheese on top and put it in the oven preheated to 180° for 30 min. Enjoy your food!!
