- Whole Milk (01 measure of the yogurt pot)170 g
- Wheat flour10 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan Cheese100 g
- Baking powder01 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Beat the eggs, yogurt, oil (01 measure of the yogurt cup), the milk (01 measure of the yogurt cup), the grated cheese in the blender, then gradually add the wheat flour until it forms a homogeneous mass, correct the salt and finally put the yeast beat and quickly. Stuffing (of your choice)
- 𝗢 𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗜𝗢 𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔 𝗔 𝗚𝗢𝗦𝗧𝗢, I usually make tuna, it's super simple, you sauté the garlic and onion, add about five chopped seedless tomatoes sauté and add two cans of solid tuna and sauté a little more salt and pepper (I use a 01 bag of Meu Segredo from @maggibrasil).
- Unite a shape with butter and wheat flour, put half of the dough, put the chosen stuffing and put the other half of the dough and take it to the preheated oven at 180°C for around 40 minutes or until the dough comes off the toothpick.
- But if you don't like tuna, you can get creative and make it from ground beef, shredded chicken with cottage cheese, cold cuts or sausage, any filling with this dough is a spectacle.
