Oil1 cup
Milk1 cup
Grated cheese50 g
grated mozzarella150 g
Sweet sprinkle500 g
Baking powder1 dessert spoon
grated mozzarella to taste
Salt to taste

In a blender, mix the eggs, oil, milk, grated cheese and salt. Beat everything, add the mozzarella, and beat until you form a homogeneous mixture.
In a refractory place the sweet sprinkle and add the blender mixture. Mix well. Add the yeast and mix. The sweet spot is close to the cheese bread dough texture.
Grease a round shape with oil, with a hole in the middle, put all the dough and cover with grated mozzarella (optional) and bake at 180C for 30 min.
