- Milk4 tablespoon
- (Filling) Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Whey-free cream1 can(s)
- Cup of plain yogurt1 unit(s)
- Unflavored gelatin powder1 unit(s)
- Cream cheese120 g
- (Gelatin) Sugar1 cup
- Blackberry2 cup
- water120 ml
- For the dough, grind the cookies and mix with the milk and butter. Line a mold with a false bottom and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
- For the filling, put condensed milk, cream, yogurt, cream cheese and gelatin, already hydrated and heated, in a blender. Beat well.
- Put it over the dough and take it to freeze.
- Make the jelly by mixing all the ingredients and letting it boil for 8 min. Let cool.
- Cover the pie with the jam.
