  • Milk300 ml
  • Wheat Flour8 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Chicken700 g
  • Tomato Sauce300 g
  • Seasonings to taste
  1. Prepare your pie filling. You can make chicken, ground beef, sausage, pepperoni among others. Considering a chicken pie, make the shredded chicken normally and season it. Add tomato sauce and seasonings to taste. You can also add corn, peas and selected vegetables.
  2. In the blender place the egg, oil, milk, salt and gradually add the wheat and beat. The tablespoons of wheat are quite full, as much as you can get with the spoon. The dough is not as consistent as a cake for example, it is a little more liquid.
  3. Add the yeast and stir with a spoon.
  4. On a baking sheet, place a little less than half of the dough, just to cover the bottom.
  5. Add all your pie filling that is already ready.
  6. Place the rest of the dough on top of the filling.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 30 minutes. When the dough is golden, it is ready.
