- Put the margarine, sugar and eggs in the mixer and beat well; Add the flour and milk and beat until you get a pasty dough; Add the yeast to the dough and beat again, set aside; In a pan, bring the 2 cups of sugar to a low heat and stir until it takes on a liquid consistency; Add the water and let the sugar melt until it forms a syrup, and set aside. Peel the bananas and cut them in half horizontally and place in the bottom of a small round shape; Put the syrup on top of the bananas, and then the dough; Bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature for about 40 minutes, or until golden. When ready, remove from oven and turn onto a tray, still warm; If you prefer, sprinkle the ground cinnamon on top of the pie.
