- Oil1/4 cup
- Brown sugar1/2 cup
- Oat bran1 cup
- Peanut flour1 cup
- Cocoa powder3 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder1 teaspoon
- Cake Yeast1 tablespoon
- In a blender, beat the bananas, sugar, eggs and oil until creamy.
- Add this cream in a bowl with the flours, cocoa and cinnamon and mix well and add the yeast.
- Pour in greased or silicone mold and bake in a preheated oven at 200º for about 20-25 minutes.
