- In the blender place the 2 egg, 1 banana, 20 g of oats
- Put in a blender until creamy.
- Place the ingredients in a bowl after passing through the blender.
- Add 1 teaspoon of yeast / and 10 g of cocoa powder / teaspoon of cinnamon.
