  • Wheat for kibbeh500 g
  • Ground beef1 kg
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Mint2 tablespoon
  • Garlic granulated1 tablespoon
  • Water1 l
  • Syrian pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Diced Cheese200 g
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. Boil the water and mix it with the kibbeh wheat. Let it hydrate for 1 hour.
  2. While the wheat hydrates, season the ground beef with the seasonings and cheese, mixing well.
  3. Mix the meat with the hydrated wheat until it is very homogeneous.
  4. In a greased shape with oil spread the mixture. Put another drizzle of oil on it.
  5. Bake at 200° for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve!
