Pasta
Mix the butter, egg yolks and sugar. Add the flour little by little, until it forms a dough that does not stick to your hands;
With the dough, line a round pie shape lightly greased with butter and pierce the entire surface with a fork and take it to the preheated oven at medium/low temperature for the dough to brown, approximately 15 minutes.
Roof
In a pan, place the water and sugar and bring to the boil;
When boiling, add the apple slices to cook lightly without letting them fall apart, just about 2 minutes;
Remove the apples with a spatula and add the gelatin to the water left in the pan, stirring well, let it cool;
Place in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Mounting
Pour the cold cream over the baked dough;
Decorate with the apple, spread the gelatin;
Place in the fridge and serve chilled.
