  • Apples6 unit(s)
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Milk300 ml
  • Flour80 g
  • Sugar60 g
  • Butter50 g
  • brown sugar to taste
  • vanilla ice cream to taste
  • caramel syrup to taste
  1. Cover a rectangular pan with puff pastry and remove any excess from the edges.
  2. Peel the apples and cut them in half vertically. Remove the stem and core from each apple.
  3. Cut the apples into slices and place them in the pan to recreate apple halves.
  4. In a bowl, beat the eggs, milk, flour, sugar and melted butter with a whisk.
  5. Pour the mixture between the apples and add brown sugar on top. Bake for 20 minutes at 170 °C.
  6. Decorate the pie with scoops of vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce. Serve.
