  • Cream: Milk500 ml

  • Cream: Cornstarch2 tablespoon
  • Cream: Vanilla Essence to taste
  • Topping: Sliced Apples3 unit(s)
  • Topping: Water2 cup
  • Topping: Sugar1 cup
  • Coverage: Gelatin1 cup
  1. Dough: Mix the butter, egg yolks and sugar.
  2. Dough: Add the flour little by little, until it forms a dough that does not stick to your hands.
  3. Dough: Grease the mold with butter and line it with the dough. Make holes with a fork and bake over low heat for 15 minutes.
  4. Cream: Take the ingredients to the fire and stir until it thickens.
  5. Coverage: Place the water and sugar in a pan and bring to a boil. When boiling, add the apple slices to cook lightly without breaking up (about 2 minutes).
  6. Coverage: Remove the apples with a slotted spoon and add the gelatin to the remaining water in the pan, stirring well. Take the fridge for 10 minutes.
  7. Assembly: Place the cold cream over the dough, decorate with the apple and spread the gelatin. Take it to the fridge and serve ice cream.
