- Rice flour1/4 cup
- Prepared white bean and chickpea flour (ratio 1:1)1/4 cup
- *For the dough mix* 1/4 cup rice flour 1/4 cup prepared white bean and chickpea flour (ratio 1:1) 1/4 cup of almond flour 1/4 cup of sugar 50g butter at room temperature.
- Mix everything with your finger tips until it turns into a thick crumb.
- Then add a medium egg.
- Mix again until it is consistent with modeling clay, releasing from the hand.
- If necessary, add more rice flour until set.
- Place the dough between 2 parchment paper and gently roll out the dough.
- Place over the apples and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 to 30 minutes, depending on your oven.
