In a bowl mix the sifted dry ingredients, except the baking powder and set aside;
Peel an apple and cut it into small cubes, and set aside;
Beat the eggs, oil, milk and apple in a blender;
Add the mixture formed in the blender to the dry ingredients and stir gently;
Mix well and add the baking powder, stirring gently;
Mix the apples cut into cubes without the skin in your dough;
Place the dough in a round shape greased with margarine and wheat flour;
Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
Put half a cup of sugar in a pan and bring to a boil until you get a caramel, add a little water and the apple cut into circles and let it cook for 20 minutes.
After unmolding the cake, decorate with the syrup.
