Ingredients

• Eggs | 3 unit(s)
• Sugar | 1 cup
• unsalted butter | 3 tablespoon
• Oat flour | 1/2 cup
• Cinnamon powder | 1/2 tablespoon
• Cake Yeast | 1 tablespoon
• Chopped Apples with Peel | 2 unit(s)
• Apple for garnish (optional) | 1 unit(s)
• Wheat flour | 1 cup

Recipe

1. In a bowl, place the eggs, sugar and butter. Beat well until the mixture is homogeneous.
2. Once that's done, gradually add a cup of unleavened wheat flour. While kneading the dough, until smooth.
3. Add the oatmeal and ground cinnamon. Mix it all up.
4. Add the yeast, stir gently and add the chopped apples. The dough is consistent.
5. In a greased shape with refined sugar and cinnamon. Pour the dough and decorate with sliced apples.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 200° for approximately 40 minutes.
