- Oat bran1/2 cup
- Cinnamon powder2 tablespoon
- Milk1/4 cup
- Chia2 tablespoon
- Flaxseed2 tablespoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Candied fruit2 tablespoon
- Raisins2 tablespoon
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Mix bananas, sugar and eggs
- In a greased shape, pour the dough and take it to put the rest of the ingredients and prepare to bake, in a medium oven 180°C, until the dough is ready (stick a toothpick and it comes out clean)
- Add ground cinnamon on top and voila!
