- Oil1 tablespoon
- White rice1 cup
- Boiling water3 cup
- Fondo1/2 tablespoon
- Lemon juice1 tablespoon
- Hard-boiled egg passed through a coarse sieve1 unit(s)
- Grated Parmesan2 tablespoon
- In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the rice until dry and shiny.
- Add the boiling water, fondor and lemon juice. Mix well and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes with the pan partially covered.
- Turn off the heat and leave the pan covered for another 10 minutes so that the rice finishes cooking in its own steam.
- Gently mix in the sifted egg, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
