- Noodles for yakisoba260 g
- Sesame Oil1 tablespoon
- Brown Sugar1 teaspoon
- Corn Starch1 teaspoon
- Broccoli to taste
- Cauliflower to taste
- Carrot to taste
- Red Cabbage to taste
- Onion to taste
- Meat strips to taste
- Shoyo to taste
- Sesame to taste
- Cook the pasta and set aside, remember to leave it al dente.
- In a pan, put a thread of oil or olive oil and sauté the strip of meat (no seasoning).
- Add soy sauce to taste and add the vegetables. Put the diluted starch in water and the brown sugar. Add a little water and wait for the sauce to thicken.
- Put sesame oil in a pan and "fry" the noodles.
- Put the sauce with vegetables and meat on top and mix everything. Finish with sesame.
